I bought a birthday present for my sister and had it sent. I had problems with the shipping address. I called the number so many times to talk to someone and none of the calls were ever answered. I emailed 2-3 toner a day for a few days and til this day I still never heard a response. I had to pay the post office to intercept the package since I couldn’t reach the company Birthday Girl World at all! I will never b ordering from them ever again. So aggravating I couldn’t reach anyone not even on a email. Such a shame!
