• Starshell and Birthday Girl are accepting design ideas for the ultimate Birthday Dress for Star! Our designers are going to create a perfect Birthday Party Dress and we want YOUR ideas on the best design! If you are not a designer, it's fine... send us what ya got and Starshell will pick her fav and announce the design inspiration on her Birthday, May 27th, when she unveils the dress!!!!!!!!!!
