False advertisement

I ordered this hoodie super excited to wear it on my birthday expecting the zodiac symbol of Aquarius on the sleeves as it was mentioned on the page and when I received mine it was not there just the Aquarius across the chest, very disappointed.

Poor customer service

Part of my shipment was never received. Sent several emails to customer service asking for my product. Tried calling customer service which led to nowhere. It’s been a little over a week and still no feedback. Very frustrating because my items were not cheap!
